Sports, fitness and health have always been a passion of mine. I have also always had an interest in how the body works and what it needs to function. It is because of this innate love that I have made health & fitness my career.
I have been in the fitness industry for over eight years and my passion for the body has led me in the direction of helping people realise their full physical potential. Having started with sports coaching and personal training, my interests soon led to the field of massage. This has allowed me to help others with their injuries and with feeling better in their day-to-day lives.

- Sports Massage and Therapy:
45 min – R490.00 + travel costs
60 min – R590.00 + travel costs
90 min – R790.00 + travel costs - Power Massage:
30 min – R390.00 + travel costs - Swedish Massage:
60 min – R440.00 + travel costs
